My Patients are part of my family! Dr. McDermott founded her practice nearly over 30 years ago. Today, Lower Cape Podiatry has become a well-established, full-service podiatric, medical and surgical practice. Dr. McDermott is dedicated to providing her patients with superior podiatric care. 

Dr. McNeill recently completed her surgical residency at MetroWest Medical Center. Dr. McNeill enjoys all aspects of podiatric care including general care, surgery, and wound care.

Dr. Adams brings years of experience practicing in Framingham, MA and is excited to be living on the Cape. Currently, he serves as the Residency Director and Medical Director of the Wound Care Center for Metro West Medical Center. At Lower Cape Podiatry, we are thrilled to bring his surgical and podiatric expertise and are elated to have him as a new member of our community!
